He is survived by: his son Chad Smith (Heather); his grandchildren, Leah, Reegan and Dane; his siblings, Arnold Smith (Ellen) and Marjorie Walls (Dan); his sister-in-law Pat Daugherty; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick Varner, Missy Hodgson, Scott Smith, Gabriel May, Joshua Walls, Jennifer Walls and Alex Walls.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
