He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings E. Seckman and Beverly J. Rodgers Seckman; and his sister Lisa Seckman. He is survived by: his wife Colleen S. Thornton Seckman of Glencoe; his children, Derek Conley (Katie) of St. Clairsville and Elizabeth McKeever (Cody) of Midway, OH; his siblings, Robert Seckman of Byesville, OH., Pam May (Rick) of Cambridge, OH and John Seckman of Byesville; and his grandchildren, David Conley, Dakota Conley and Dawson Conley.
