He was predeceased by : his parents, Larry Forgrave and Berneta Forgrave (Stimmel). He is survived by : his daughters, Sarah, Amber and Maddie; and his brothers, Mike (Dawn), Dave (Kim), Bruce (LeAnn), Dennis (Lynne) and Jeff. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home (203 S Columbus St, Somerset, OH 43783). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Somerset Community Church (139 E Main St, Somerset, OH 43783).
