With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Wineman of Glenford, Ohio, who passed away on February 18, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joanne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joanne. Though Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hope and Mabel Hope (Williams); her brother Clarence "Art" Hope; her husbands, Bob Billingsley and Don Wineman; and the father of her children Leslie Swab.
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Smithers (Phillip) of Ashland, KY, Rob Swab (Debbie) of Pataskala, OH and Julie Wiegman (Hans) of Newark, OH; her sister Carol Stevens (Glen) of Fraziers Bottom, WV; and her sister-in-law Patty Hope of Cortland, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
