We bid farewell to Wanda Justine Skaggs of Glenford, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Wanda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Mildred Jewel Hannan (Wheaton); her husband Samuel Skaggs; her brother Tom Hannan; and her grandchild Casey Tysinger.
She is survived by: her children, Darla Tysinger (Teddy Eppley), Randy Skaggs (Dorothy), Tina Helser (Mike), Cindy Orr (Jim) and Lisa LaRue (Charles); her grandchildren, Tiffany LaRue (Justin Nutter), Charles LaRue, Jr. (Crystal), Chris Welch (Reva), Grant Welch, Skyla Skaggs, Samuel Skaggs, Sophia Skaggs, Sandra Stewart (Robert), Michael Helser, Jr. (Ellen), Brian Orr (Kacie) and Sara McCoy (Tyler); and her cousin Donald Henderson (Delsie). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
