Woodard Smith of Pomeroy; his grandparents, Alonzo of Glouster, Levine Lowery of Glouster, Marion of Glouster and Viola Zarley of Glouster; his nieces, Annette M. Lowery of Circleville and Michelle E. Clinton of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Larry E. Giffin of New Marshfield, Rodney McKee Sr. of Trimble, Joseph E. McKee Sr. of Nelsonville and Lilly K. Koon Lowery of Glouster.
He is survived by: his siblings, William E. Lowery (Cathy) of Circleville, Carol E. Hall (Marty) of Georgia, Alice C. McKee of Trimble, Barbara J. McKee of Nelsonville and Lorene K. Giffin of Nelsonville; and his sister-in-law Betty M. Lowery of Glouster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (6525 S State Rte 78, Glouster, OH 45732). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
