He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassius Marion Heaton and Jenny Wade Heaton; his siblings, Dean Chappelear, William Floyd Heaton, Harry Heaton, Edythe Davis, Charlene Ruth Chappelear and Jaunita Handa; and his siblings-in-law, Dow Davis, Robert Hooper, Evelyn Chappelear and Mary Heaton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joy Hooper of Jacksonville, Ohio and Gail Heaton of North Canton, Ohio. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; 28 great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
