He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil B. Collins and Leona Buchman Collins; and his siblings, Larry Collins, Chuck Love, Betty Hudnall, Jenny Pastol and Barb Hook.
He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Collins (Debra) of Trimble, Dave Collins of Glouster, Ronnie Collins (Sally) of Glouster, Robert Collins of Glouster and Rick Collins of Glouster.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Life Church (20 7th St, Jacksonville, OH 45740).
