She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Smith and Nellie Ball Smith; her grandchild Abby Unger; her husband George L. Pugh; her son James Pugh; and her siblings, Barbara Wyatt, Donna Collins, Alice Barnhart, Charles and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Reba Unger (Marty) of Kingston and Rita Miller (Rob) of Glouster; her grandchildren, Erin Bowles (Justin), Taylor Mavis (Ryan) of Baltimore, Mitch Miller (Ricki) of Glouster and B. J. Unger (Amie) of Chillicothe; her great grandchildren, Nick Cash, Drew Bowles, Braxton, Brock Unger and Rowen Mavis; and her sister Anna Marie Simpkins of Lancaster.
