She was predeceased by : her parents, Miles Kelly and Katherine E. Leach Crawford; her son Chad Hook; and her brothers, Jim and Bob Crawford.
She is survived by : her husband Richard A. Hook of Glouster; her children, Stormy L. Ball (Lee) of Nelsonville and Glen K. "Buddy" Vore (Jennifer Evener) of Glouster; her grandchildren, Tyler, Macy, Marissa, Miles, Athena and Shelby; and her great grandchild Bryson.
