She was predeceased by: her husband William Arthur "Art" Smith; her parents, John Dixon Sr. and Grace Dixon Rankin; her grandson C. J. Smith; and her brothers, Jerry, John and Richard Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Herbert Jr. (Mary) of Albany, Miranda Sutherland (Ted) of Wichita, KS and Sarah Smith of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Kendall Herbert, Brayden, Bryce, Brody, Brennan Fox, Annalyse, Melanie Williams, Gatlin, Gunnar Herbert, Callista, Catalleia and León Smith; her great grandchildren, Liam, Lucas, Lydia Herbert and Breez Fox; her sister Lou Anna Lenigar (Jerry) of Glouster; and her sister-in-law Linda Dixon of Glouster.
