He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Smith and Bonnie J. North Smith; his siblings, Jeff Smith and Dorothy Downs; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Hampton, Richard Downs and John Price.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Price Smith of Glouster; his sons, Michael Smith (Gina) of Glouster and Donald Smith (Nykki) of Glouster; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Ryan, Lucas, Brandon, Gracelyn and Hailie Jo; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Carmine; and his siblings, Russell Smith (Deborah) of Savannah, GA and Robin Hampton of Jacksonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
