She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lewis and Violet Gilmore Lewis; and her siblings, David Lewis and Kathy Balantine. She is survived by: her husband Dana Buckley; and her siblings, John Lewis, Chuck Lewis, Linda Dixon and Sue Moore.
