She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Koons and Lillie Richards Koons Sheline; her brother Melvin; her sister-in-law Irene Koons; her daughter-in-law Evelyn Shafer Perkins; and her nephew Greg Koons.
She is survived by : her children, Robert Perkins of Hebron, Sharon Leach (Del) of Pataskala and Carolyn Perkins of Glouster; and her nephews, Bill and John Koons. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren.
