He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earle and Lillian Rose Gooding; and his sister Elizabeth Cush. He is survived by: his wife Janice Carroll Gooding; his sons, Aaron Gooding (Maria) and Jeb Gooding (Maile); his granddaughter Mia Gooding; his sisters, Barbara Gooding, Jean Spencer and Pat Rand (Will); and his brother-in-law Kurt Cush. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home (26 Grant St, Dennison, OH 44621). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the donor's favorite charity, in lieu of flowers.
