He is survived by: his stepmother Joan Jack; his children, Adam Jack (Jesse) and Amanda Thomas; his stepdaughters, Steffanie Kersh (Brent) and Nicole Kelly (Andrew); his sister Laurie Jack; and his pets, Levi and Wrangler.
