He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A Evans and Martha Evans (Partch). He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Evans (Stephanie) of Lima, Bryan Evans (Keri) of Gomer and Steven Evans of Missouri; his grandchildren, Lexie Evans, Jake Evans, Kristie Evans, Mitch Evans and Sydney Lange (Nathan); his great grandchild Willow Lange; and his siblings, Robert Evans (Carol) of Florida and Mary Ocke (Scott) of Lake Side.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gomer Congregational Church or the Gomer Welsh Community Museum.
