He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Blevins and Judith Blevins; and his brothers, Stanley Blevins, Jeffrey Blevins and Michael Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Blevins; his sons, Jerod Blevins and Phillip Tudor; his granddaughters, Tiffany Gross and Tina Lee; his children-in-law, Angel Tudor and Joe Gross (Jared Lee); his brother Rodney Blevins; his sister-in-law Glenda Blevins; his sister Belinda Haddix; and his brother-in-law Bruce Haddix. He is also survived by dix 18 Grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
