He is survived by: his wife Laura Evans; his children, Adam Keith Evans (Kayleigh) and Cory Lee Evans; his grandson Grayson Thomas Evans; and his siblings, Elaine Southerland, Darlene Jones (Gene) and Daniel Evans (Diane).
