He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Astor and Louella Irene Wall; and his siblings, Jeannette Cable, LouAnn Broadaway and Jesse Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lynn Wall; his children, Carrie Pederson (Roald), Sherri Wall, Joe Wall Jr., Teresa Readnower and Deena Greene (John); his grandchildren, Jamie McNeal, Wesley Readnower, Taylor Greene (Hannah) and Savana Coyle (Dade); and his sister Nancy Stanley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
