He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Lee and Doris Lee. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lee; his children, Michael Nelson (Grace) and Jennifer Nelson; his stepchildren, Wayne McDonough (Carla), Chris McDonough (Kristine) and Josh McDonough (Katie); and his siblings, Robert Lee and Gail Keckeis (late Corky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
