He was predeceased by: his wife Melissa Dawn Perry; and his mother Brenda Perry. He is survived by: his father Jimmy Perry; his children, Angel Perry, Melissa Perry, Madison Perry and Sophia Smith; and his siblings, James Perry (Nikki), Creighton Perry (Trish) and Regina Jenkins (Greg).
