He is survived by: his parents, John Wayne Webb and Nancie Ann Hiser Webb; his siblings, Samuel Badgley (Brandi), Jacob Webb and Justice Hiser; his grandparent Roy Hiser; and his cousins, Daniel Hiser, Tony Hiser, Kristen Hiser, Mark Meyer, Lauren Meyer, Jordan Hiser and Kylie Hiser. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
