He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Guy and Jean Guy. He is survived by: his sister Paula Sears (Mike); his great-nephews, Colten Sears and Tyler Evans; Debbie Schmidtgoessling, Eva Austin and Mary Hartman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Book Hotel Evans Funeral Home (1944 State Rte 28, Goshen, OH 45122). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to the Williamsburg Local School District Athletic Department 331 W Main St Williamsburg, Ohio 45176.
