He is survived by: his significant other Vivian Austin; his children, TJ Perry (Amy), Shannon Perry (Brian), Sammantha Plavsic (Paul) and Katrina Martin (Josh); and his sisters, Kay Dutlinger (Tim) and Fay McNelly (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
