He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. O'Neill; his children, Brian O'Neill (Anna), Colleen Murphy (Mike) and Kevin O'Neill (Morgan); his grandchildren, Will Murphy, Jake Murphy, Zach Murphy, Grace O'Neill, Addilyn O'Neill, Rilynn O'Neill and Raegan O'Neill; and his sister Mary Halter (Edward).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project or St Jude Children's Hospital.
