He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn; his children, Barbie Davis (Terry), Tammy Cochran (late Jon), Bill White (Sarah) and Jennifer Moore-Binion; his grandchildren, James, Billy, Thomas, Matt, Denzel, Steven, Tiffany, Cierra, Zach, Brandon, Makenzie and Teresa; his sisters, Mildred "Millie" Ellis, Minnie Linkous and Mary Dietz; and his stepbrothers, Harold, Timothy and Jackie Bowman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John H. Evans Funeral Home (1944 State Rte 28, Goshen, OH 45122). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St the Evans Funeral Home (1944 State Rte 28, Goshen, OH 45122). A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Plainview Cemetery (6000 OH-727, Goshen, OH 45122).
