He is survived by: his wife Ilene Mullins; his children, Von Mullins, Rick Mullins (Rose), Dave Mullins (Amy) and Tina Smith (Barry); his stepdaughters, Donna Taylor and Darlene Taylor; his grandchildren, Liam Mullins, Jesse Mullins (Stefanie), Brian Mullins, Diane Hammer (Joe), Ashley Hayes (Darrick), Erica Rehm (Jamie) and Christina Hoppes (Zack); his great grandchildren, Asher, Kaitlyn, Hannah, Clara, Mack, Crosley, Lillian, Piper, Cora, Oliver and Matilda; and his sister Peggy Sue Walker. He is also survived by 5 step-great grandchildren.
