She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Bukowski; her parents, Herman Pfeiffer and Elisabeth Pfeiffer; and her brother Herman Pfeiffer, Jr. (Friends). She is survived by: her children, Scott Bukowski of Grafton, OH and Christine Hails (Chris) of Bellefonte, PA; her grandson Anthony Bukowski (Carrie) of Dayton, OH; and her great grandchildren, William, Tessa, Jenna and Jack Bukowski.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a veterans organization of the donor's choice, in honor of Caroline's service and patriotism.
