He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stout and Ruth Stahl; his stepfather Richard Stahl; and his brother Keith Stout. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor L.; and his children, Anna Christine Dummit (Eric) of Elyria and Marc Stout of Augusta, S. C.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
