It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Boone of Grafton, Ohio, born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Eva Boone and David Boone; his children, Jacqualyn, Alexander, Mariah, Leena, Pierce, Conner and Emmyt; his granddaughter Evalyn; and his sisters, Pennie Masley (Tom) and Theresa Esterhazy (Nikolaus). He is also survived by two nieces; two grand-nieces; and a grand-nephew.
