He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Blake and Patricia Blake. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Caitlin Blake, Erin Ramsey (Donnie) and Dr. Peter Blake; his granddaughter Marlowe Ramsey; and his siblings, Eileen Blake, Mary Ann Dolan, Michael Blake and James Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
