She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve (Alice Kuten) and Mindy; and her husband John Kazaroff. She is survived by: the mother of her child Heidi Sandrev (Janko Jr.); her sister Cindy Takac (Jack); and her sister-in-law Helen Martin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
To honor Mindy's memory, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the horse rescue, Angels Haven Horse Rescue, she co‑founded and cherished for the past twenty years, continuing the work that meant so much to her.
