He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mullins and Virginia Mullins; and his siblings, Dolores of Charles, JR, Dean and James.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Robert Mullins Jr. (Lisa) of Middleburg Heights, Steven Mullins (Angie) and Gina Prohaska (Greg) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Brianna, Gregory, Darren, Emilee and Justin; and his brothers, Rev. Bill and Douglas Mullins. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
