He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Stephanie Chavalia (Greg) and Stacey Vince (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Evan, Isaac, Zachary, Ryan, Emma and Waylon; his sister Sally Amabile (John) of Texas; his brothers-in-law, John Malanowski (Lisa) and Ken Malanowsli (Laura); his brother Jim Fada; and his pet Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
