He is survived by: his wife Linda Hartley; his children, Joseph Hartley (Laurie) of Elyria and Ava Thomas (Scott) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Hannah Hartley, Ian Thomas and Dane Thomas; and his siblings, James Hartley (Elease) of Red Jacket, WV and Willow Hackett (Tom) of Plymouth, MI. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (114 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
