She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Bascom; her brother Paul; and her sister-in-law Jean Parsons. She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Frey (Dennis) and Cynthia Bascom; her sister Betty Rose (Pat); and her brother-in-law John (Lois).
On the occasions she was paid, she donated the funds to charity noting that she played for the Lord, not financial gain.
