She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Balser and Olga Balser (Fry). She is survived by : her brothers, Lynn Balser (Linda) of Georgia, Earl Balser (Carol) of Granville, Lee Balser of Newark and John Balser (Sally) of Newark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
