He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Michelle Murphy, Katie Whyde, Peter Murphy and Chris Whyde; his grandson Chase (Alex Prior); his sister-in-law Patricia Murphy; and his sibling's children, Kathy Murphy, Marilyn Houck (Jeff), Michael Murphy (Robin), Patrick Murphy (Cathy) and Roney Murphy (Nadine).
