He is survived by: his pets, Alex, Zach and Buckeyes; his wife Carol Risch Kelch of Logan; his brother Oakley; his children, Robert Kelch (Beth), Jane Wilde and Richard Kelch (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Kelch, Timothy Kelch (Amanda), Jennifer Wilde, Emily Kelch, Daniel Kelch (Hanna) and Matthew Kelch.
