She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Edward Goebel and Lucy L. Goebel (Morrison); her daughter Amy Sue Googins; and her brother Rodney Gus Goebel. She is survived by: her husband Dale S. Googins; her children, Scott Googins (Jody) and Jennifer Hare (Dan); her grandchildren, Ellie Googins, Tommy Googins and Charlie Googins; her sons, Alex Hare (Kayla) and Connor Hare; her sister-in-law Diane Goebel; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy and Gustin. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice, honoring Judy's compassionate care in her final days.
