She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Sherman Warner and Sema Tena Warner (Hite); her husband John Welsh; her son Mark Welsh; and her siblings, Leota Van Winkle, Galen Warner and Arthur Warner (Charlotte).
She is survived by: her son Jay; her daughter-in-law Karen Welsh; her grandchildren, Brandy, Leslie, Josh, John, Kelsey, Samantha and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Alex, Avery, Emily and Rhiannon; and her sister-in-law Barbara Warner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
