She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Lentz and Nellie Frances Lentz; her brother Ronald Williams; her former husbands, John Hupp and David Vaughn; and her nephew Mike White.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Daniels; her grandchildren, J. P. Sellars and Jakeb Anderson; her siblings, Ben Lentz and Clara Linger (Dave); and her friend Dick. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Spring Hills Baptist Church (1820 Newark Granville Rd, Granville, OH 43023).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road SE, Newark, OH 43055, honoring Ruth's loving and caring spirit.
