He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard (Hurley); his children, Melissa Hensley (Mike) of Germantown, Becky Horn (Josh) of Brookville and Craig Howard (Amanda) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hensley, Bryce Hensley, Lucas Horn, Brenna Hensley, Liam Horn, Carson Howard, Kinley Howard and Coby Howard; and his siblings, Doug, Dave Howard (Melissa) and Tami Pickett (Joe). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
