She was predeceased by : her parents, John Albert and Mary Jeanette Knabe (Miller); her husband John Johnson; and her brothers, Lowell Knabe and David Knabe.

She is survived by : her children, Kevin Johnson, Kristopher Johnson and Michele Walker; and her sister Anita Johnson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
