He is survived by: his sons, Tim Winland (Anna) of Graysville and Robert Winland (Carolyn) of London, Ohio; his siblings, Norma Jean Pentello of Reynoldsburg, Pam Winland of Woodsfield, Ohio and Don Winland (Brenda) of Ashland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bobby Jr., Brook, Monica, Justin and Jacob; and his sister-in-law Ila Mae Winland of Ashland, Ohio.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
