She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Bassett (Alvin) and George Shannon; her brothers, Ross Shannon (Pam) and Roger Shannon; her husband Randy Williams; her sons, Travis Williams (Kate) and Jacob Williams (Spencer); and her grandchildren, Hadassah, Ansley, Selah, Jensen, Gia, Bennett and Truett.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Watters Funeral Home (37501 OH-78, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
