He was predeceased by: his father Thomas D Mullenix (Hezzie); and his brother Eddie Mullenix. He is survived by: his mother Winona Mullenix (Nonie); his wife Bonnie Mullenix (Sue); his children, Chrissie Hayes (Shaeli) of Fleming, OH and Brandon (Amy); his grandchildren, Dalton Clay Hayes (Brynnleigh) of Whipple Ohio, Brock Hayes (Hailey) of Fleming Ohio and Kryssa Treadway (Gage) of Marietta Ohio; and his great grandchild Brynnleigh Hayes.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel (1021 Pike St, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
