He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth R. Smith and Wilma Smith (Henry). He is survived by : his wife Rose Smith (Bockbrader); his children, Amy Smith, Becky Zerman (Jason), Scott Smith (Brandy) and Kim DePottey (Justin); and his siblings, Thomas Smith (Nancy), Franklin Smith (Sharon), Edward Smith and Deborah Bradfield (Jack). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
