He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Klapper and Mildred Klapper; his wife Geraldine Klapper; and his brother Kenneth Klapper. He is survived by: his children, Michael Klapper, Joan Chouteau (Rick), Patricia Goldschmidt (Steve) and Kathleen Brietenstein (Richard); and his siblings, LeRoy Klapper and Lois Walker.
